I authorize Journeys Unlocked to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today’s date. This payment is for the services described above. Once fee is paid in full, Journeys Unlocked will send will send an email with spaces for you to list your dining requests. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip. The Dining Reservation fee; $50. By paying the above amount, I understand and accept for myself and the travelers included in my party Journeys Unlocked Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that these fees are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of my trip. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated above.
